About Us

Ars Noctuae: The Rice Journal of Art History is a scholarly journal aimed at promoting the work of MA and PhD students and candidates. We of the founding editorial board endeavor to empower and uplift emerging scholars, providing opportunities for professionalization through the publishing process. Our hope is to create a publishing space equally accessible and rigorous that will give authors the opportunity to expand their writing, thinking, and professional networks.
